In 2016, two general practitioners purchased an apartment in this building and established their medical practice there. Due to the ageing population in the Bruderholz district, demand for primary care remains high – and the two doctors have been unable to meet it alone. To secure long-term healthcare provision in the area, a third doctor is set to join the practice. The current waiting room will be converted into an additional treatment room, while a new waiting area will be created in a purpose-built extension.
