With VIER EICHEN, the Waldner family had the opportunity to purchase and develop a promising plot of land in Riehen. The project was guided by three core principles: prioritizing home ownership over condominium ownership, ensuring sustainable and high-quality craftsmanship, and offering buyers the freedom to shape their homes through individual design options. This approach was undoubtedly more complex – but it created lasting value for the future homeowners. With the support of carefully selected specialists, dedicated craftsmen, and a trusted, experienced general contractor, the VIER EICHEN project was successfully completed and handed over in autumn 2023 – to four happy new homeowners.
